The Premium Wood line

Premium Wood is the hardwood line. Talenti works in teak first, and also in iroko, mahogany and accoya, which is softwood put through an acetylation process that makes it behave like a tropical hardwood without being one.

Wood moves. The factory says so plainly: colour shifts and small cracks come with humidity and sudden changes in temperature, and without periodic oiling the surface takes a silver grey patina. Some people buy teak for that patina. If you want the honey colour kept, the oil is the price of it.

Eight collections sit here. Dolcevita and Thea for dining, Moon Teak and Oliver for lounging, Parker and Prichi for the small tables in between. Wood also brings paperwork into the United States, and we handle it: every shipment with wood in it carries a Lacey Act declaration naming the species and the country it was cut in.
